this was an excellent dish.being from Elmont,NY i know that unlike the other reviews say you can do whatever you like with the bread i like to put mine on english muffins ,bagels,on crackers its delisious either way thats the joy of new york ---we do what we want. will make again button a cuban bread next time mmmm

Scallops with Red Pepper Sauce

SUPERB!!! THIS WAS A GREAT DISH EXCEPT I HAD TO ADD A CUP OF SWEET BUTTER TO IT SO IT WOULD NOT TASTE LIKE CRUSHED RED PEPPER --TO HOT FOR MY TASTE --NEXTTIME I WILL USE WHITE PEPPER OR TOBBASCO

Chocolate Banana Cake

THIS WAS AN EXELLENT QUICK BAKE RECIPIE I MODIFIED IT A LITTLE WITH A 1/2 CUP OF PEANUT BUTTER AND A DRIZZLE OF PURE CLOVER HONEY I COULDNT OF DONE IT BETTER MYSELF

Crunchy Catfish Nuggets

excellent the people who rated this befor must have used dollar store lemon pepper---i used my own lemmon pepper by mixing juice of two lemmons with 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper it was very flavorfull once i let the fish sit in the mix for 1 hour than breaded it with the lemon pulp mixed in the bread crums ---thanx for this delious recipe!!!

Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

this was an excellent dish i made it for thanksgiving dinner instead of the traditional turkey. i dont know why people said they made changes in it it was perfect the way it was . i got rave reviews from all my guests i have myself a new traditional food i will serve each year ----this is it
