About this Cook
im a quite type optomistic and i enjoy smokeing weed and coming up with new recipes all the time .motorcycleing is a little something i like to do i work in an artisian/italian resturant i live in the middle of the mountains about 7,800 feet above sea level
My favorite things to cook
a few of my favorite things to cook are lasagna, salads, cookies, cake, beef stew, homemade sauces and i like to make exzotic meals suckh as pomagranate shrimp--my favorite herb is fresh dill--i use it in alot of dishes it gos great with egg dishes and potato salads
My favorite family cooking traditions
one of my favorite cooking traditions is making lasagna on thanksgiving with the family we let my mom make the noodles from scratch ,my 1st brother makes the ricotta filling with mozzarela ,parmasan/ramono,parsly and 2 eggs ,my 2nd brother frys up the ground beef, italian sausage and garlic ,and i make the sauce and layer it sometimes we switch possistions but it has been a tradition FOREVER in my sicillian italian, german, scotch, irish, french family, i love when i get to layer the lasana ---ps i made myself hungry just typing this
My cooking triumphs
i was making a lasagna one day and i (acsadently put large curd cottage cheese instead of riccotta and used ground sausage instead of chop meat in my bolganise sauce it came out wonderfull and the 10 lb lasagna was demolished --it was a big hit with my freinds and family but i still perfer my old way but do occasonaly make it the "mistake" way
My cooking tragedies
when i first got to colorado i forgot to adjust the recipe for high altitude 7,800 feet)overflowed all over the bottom of the oven and smelt my house out like burnt cake for over a week
