Easy Vodka Sauce

This was DELICIOUS! I followed other reviewers' recommendations of using less butter and adding garlic, Italian seasoning and some sugar. It came out beautiful and I couldn't stop eating it!

Persimmon Cookies I

These were easy to make and delicious, even though I put it more persimmons than required. I would definitely make them again!

Neptune's Favorite Crab Bisque

Everything tasted fine until I added the wine. I only added less than 1 cup but it still was too strong...one of my guests took one sip and didn't want any more. I had to force myself to finish my half bowl. This recipe should be changed to add only 1/2 cup of wine.
