Goldy's Special Salad
I didn't even need the vinagrette since the mango and avocado were older and kinda mushy. Delish.

Snickerdoodles III
I chose this recipe in an effort to avoid the shortening in my regular recipe. Texture is a bit different but still delicious.

Quick Spinach-Ricotta Calzones
You can defeat the packaged taste of canned dinner rolls and frozen spinach by mixing up the filling. We threw in some ground meat, red pepper flakes, basil, fun cheeses, etc. Really whatever's on hand because it's a pretty versatile recipe.
