Chickpea Falafel Burgers
I did use only 1 1/2 tsp of curry (because I can't imagine using more than that in this recipe), and not only did they taste nothing like real falafel, but the consistency of the patties was just plain mushy. i will never make this one again.

Savory Sausage, Cheese and Oat Muffins
I added chopped pears and used fat free cheddar instead of the parmesan and spelt flour instead of regular. These muffins are awesome. They are a nice change for breakfast.

Since I'm a vegetarian, I use fake meat crumbles in place of the lamb, and this is an amazing recipe. My husband and I love it with some tzatziki for dipping.
