Apple Delight
Absolutely wonderful! I made a few changes. Made my own apple pie filling because I had a lot of apples that needed to be used! I mixed about a stick & a half of melted butter in with my double pudding Pillsbury cake mix. Everyone loved it & several people wanted the recipe.

Indian Dahl with Spinach
I could eat this for days. I followed the variations of an earlier rater (adding the veg. bouillion) and it turned out wonderful! Everyone loved it.

Makhani Chicken (Indian Butter Chicken)
This wasn't as spicy as I had hoped, next time I'll kick up the spices a notch. Otherwise, this recipe is excellent!
