*EDIT* Also was going to add some coconut, but forgot. Very good bread. I added some lemon zest, didn't have buttermilk, so I soured milk using juice from 1/2 a lemon and letting it set for 10 mins. Also didn't use bread pan, instead used mini pans, some that are teddy bears and others that are mini bundt pans. Made 7 mini breads, that I will add to my gift baskets for Christmas. Very good bread, moist and tastey! Recipe is a keeper, everyone loves it.

Yummmmm! Pretty much sums it up! These are absolutly fabulous! They taste just like Reese's Peanut Butter Cups with an added light crunch! I can't wait to give them to everyone. I'm putting them in my Christmas Goody Bags! My family loves them. I had to put them in their packaging so they would stay out of them. This recipe yielded about 70 balls for me.

This is just wonderful brittle! Came out great! I made 2 batches to give in my goodie baskets this year, hubby says "make more"! Everyone loved it. Thank you for sharing this fabulous recipe. So easy to make and comes out perfect every time!
