Lemon Barbeque Meatloaf
This is the best meatloaf I have ever made. I used ground venison instead of beef. I didn't use the cloves and allspice because I was out of them and don't particularly like them. I made 6 little meatloafs for me and my husband and froze the other 4. I saved some of the topping and added it when I got them out of the oven. This is a keeper.

Seared Sea Scallops
Delicious. I will definitely make it again. I just had 1/2 pound of scalloped, so I halved the spieces and more than halved the lemon pepper (I thought that sounded like too much). I didn't have enough lemon juice, but I used about a teaspoon. Wonderful! Tasted like something you would eat in an expensive seafood restaurant. This was the first time I had cooked scallops. I can't wait to fix this recipe again.

Praline Cake
Absolutely wonderful. The only change I made was I used a little more pecans. I can't wait to make this cake again. It was gone by the next day.
