Spinach and Strawberry Salad
Halved the sugar, everyone seemed to like both the salad and the dressing. Also added some baby romaine instead of purely baby spinach

Sweet Potato-Turkey Meatloaf
I liked it because it is healthy and fairly simple. I liked the flavor, wasn't crazy about the texture, maybe I will use a smaller potato next time?
