YUM! I loved this easy and cheap recipe! I didn't have ham, so I subbed in 1 c. leftover cooked pork chops. I love that it's low in calories, as well. Will definitely make again!

Fabulous! We made this with pork chops and mashed sweet potatoes, but the asparagus ended up being the centerpiece. Like other reviewers, I nixed the butter and just used olive oil. I wasn't sure about the amount of asparagus...if the recipe contributor meant 1 lb. before or after trimming, so I used 1 lb. after trimming.

Yum, yum, yum! This has become a staple in our house. I used to make pudding on the stove, but this is so much quicker and easier and it tastes the same! Thanks for the recipe!
