Flourless Chocolate Cake I
This cake was absolutely the BEST chocolate cake I've ever eaten or made, and that's saying a lot since the only thing I like better than baking desserts is eating chocolate. I made this for Christmas and it was a huge success. My husband couldn't stop eating it or talking about it. This has definately become a staple in my recipe box!

Hugh's Dry Rub
This rub is fabulous! I put it on everything from chicken to ribs and keep extra on hand in my cupboard! As others have mentioned, I cut both peppers down to half the amount mentioned and it is still spicy enough (and I LOVE spicy food). Try adding brown sugar or even a bit of cinnamon for a hint of sweetness and variety. Overall, this is a wonderful base to start any BBQ rub!

Crab Croissant-wiches
Wonderful! I made these for a Mother's Day brunch and they were a hit. I used the crab meat now available in pouches similar to tuna by Chicken of the Sea and was pleasently suprised (in quality and $$). Will make these again.
