I modified this recipe for cooking in a slow cooker. This involved adding all of the ingredients, except for the vinegar and parsley, all at once. I cooked it in the slow cooker for eight hours. I then added the vinegar and parsley last.

Orange-Glazed, Pork Tenderloin with Italian Seasoning

This is a very good recipe for cooking pork loin. It came out very tasty, and my wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed it. I seared the meat on a gas grill, according to the recipe. The only thing I did different was, instead of leaving the meat in the grill, I cooked it for 5 minutes in a microwave oven.

Shrimp with Lobster Sauce

This is a very tasty recipe! I added a can of stir-fry vegetables, because the recipe only consists of meat, seasonings, and sauce.

Mahogany Chicken Wings

I modified this recipe in the following way. Instead of chicken wings, I used drum sticks. I also cooked them in a deep fat fryer, instead of in the oven. I used the rest of the ingredients to make a dipping sauce. This came out very tasty!

Chili II

I cooked the chili according to the instructions given in the recipe. This chili is rather mild tasting. My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed it! I served it with Fritos corn chips and shredded Mexican cheese.
