This is very tasty bundt cake! I made it for Christmas dinner, so I added green food coloring to the coconut creme frosting to give it a festive appearance.

Barbequed Thai Style Chicken

This was delicious! I cooked the chicken according to the instructions, except I used three pounds of split chicken breasts, rather than a whole chicken. I also cooked the chicken on an indoor grill, rather than an outdoor grill. I served it with the "Stir-Fried Mushrooms with Baby Corn" recipe as a side dish, and yellow rice.

Joe's General Tso's Chicken

This is a very tasty version of General Tso's Chicken! I cooked in a deep fat fryer, as recommended. I served with Serrano chiles, because my grocery store does not stock dried red pepper pods, and I did not have time to order them. I served it over white rice.

Chinese Take-Out Shrimp with Garlic

This is very tasty shrimp stir-fry recipe. I cut back on the garlic though, by only using 2 garlic cloves. 10 garlic cloves is way too much garlic for me! I served it over hot steamed rice, as suggested.

Chili Colorado

This is a very good tasting chili! I added a can of pinto beans and a can of chopped tomatoes, in order to make it more of a complete meal. I also cooked it in a slow cooker, after first browning the pork in a Dutch oven. I served it over corn chips, and topped it with Mexican cheese.

Spicy Basil Chicken

This recipe is really too spicy for me, but it still is a good and tasty stir fry! I had to order the chili oil off of the internet, because my local grocery store does not sell it. I used Serrano chile peppers for the hot chile peppers, and served it over Basmati rice.

I prepared this recipe according the instructions. But instead of frying them in a skillet, I instead cooked them in a Deep Fryer. Before cooking them, I dipped them in an egg wash and bread crumbs. I served them with white rice and Oriental Dipping Sauce.

I cooked this recipe according to the directions, except I used regular white wine, instead of cooking wine. It helps to cut up the pork loin, because this speeds up cooking. I served it with potato salad and Texas toast.

Lucky New Year's Black-eyed Pea Stew
