Spicy Basil Chicken
This recipe is really too spicy for me, but it still is a good and tasty stir fry! I had to order the chili oil off of the internet, because my local grocery store does not sell it. I used Serrano chile peppers for the hot chile peppers, and served it over Basmati rice.

Cuban Beef Stew
This is an awesome stew! Like some other reviewers, I cooked it in a slow cooker. I served it along with French bread.

Breaded Chicken Wings
These are very tasty wings! I prepared this recipe according to the directions. But instead of baking the chicken wings in the oven, instead I cooked them in a deep fryer.
