Pfeffernuesse IV
I don't know what "traditional" pfeffernuesse tastes like, but this recipe is great. Instead of dusting them with powdered sugar I made a thick glaze of powdered sugar, vanilla and water and dipped the tops in it. They were delicious.

Three Bean Soup
I thought it was ok. I just realized that I completely forgot about putting the cheese in. I don't think it would have made much of a difference though.

Asparagus Quiche
I used edam cheese instead of swiss because my step mum recommended it. It turned out fantastic. My pate brisee crust helped a lot. it was melt in your mouth! I will make this over, and over again.
