About this Cook
I learned to cook from my Mom, she taught me when I was a little girl and I have been cooking and bakign ever since. I really enjoy baking things for people especially for my husband! I love to try new recipes and I am always flipping thru cookboooks or looking on cooking websites. I am so addicted to all recipes, I love being able to see other people's reviews!
My favorite things to cook
I love to make cheesecake, chocolate chip cookies, aussie chicken (recipe on this site), pretty much anything dessert related!
My cooking triumphs
I made a New York style cheesecake, a Martha Stewart recipe, very intimidating, but it turned out perfect!!

Honey Whole Wheat Bread
This bread is wonderful! I decided to make them into dinner rolls, so I just used the dough cycle on the bread machine. I took the dough out of the machine let it rest for 30 minutes then divided the dough into 16 dinner rolls, which I put into greased muffin tins and let rise for one hour. Before baking at 350 I made an egg wash with one egg and a splash of milk and brushed onto the tops. Baked for only about 15 minutes. They came out perfectly, just like the bead from restaraunts. The only other changes I made are pretty much the same as everyone else's I added 1/4 cup honey and 1 tsp salt. I also used milk instead of water and added a heaping tbs. of brown sugar just to give them even more flavor. You have to try this bread as dinner rolls they are amazing!!
