Salsa Chicken
I've upped my review to 5 stars, because in retrospect, this dish was very tasty considering how quick and easy it was! I did not grease the pan--instead I did what another reviewer suggested and put a little bit of salsa on the bottom of the pan before adding the chicken.

Slow Cooker Pepper Steak
This was really good! The only thing we changed was to add the bell peppers when there was an hour left (we cooked on high for 4 hours).

Caldo de Res (Mexican Beef Soup)
This was more flavorful than I expected. We used stew meat (we are lazy cooks), and it worked well.
