Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken
Yum yum! I made this small scale with the dill, it was very tasty. I made large scale (140 people) with basil instead of dill and it was SO much yummier. I cut a little pocket in the breast to make it go faster. I would definitely make this again!

Really Rich Banana Bread
I thought it was very tasty. Not drastically different from other banana breads but a bit heavier. It was very moist and had good flavor. I will probably make it again but I wouldn't say it's the only banana bread recipe I'll use from now on because it uses so many eggs. It's good though. It did not take 90 minutes to bake. It was more like 60. And I turned down the oven to 325 part way through because it was getting so dark.

Excellent Oatmeal Cookies
Yummy! I made these as written except without the nuts. My son is allergic to them. They are quite tasty and the texture is good. I will likely make these again.
