Ham and Cheese Biscuits
This is a nice change from egg dishes at a brunch. I used the Hawaiian rolls as suggested. I could only fit 15 rolls in my pyrex (2qt rectangle) and used only 4 slices of cheese and maybe 3/4 lb of ham at most. I put a square of cheese on the bottom, 3 slices of ham, and another square of cheese on top.
Next time, I will brush on the butter mixture for more even coverage then sprinkle with the poppy seeds.
