Apple Coffee Cake Pizza
Whoever can make this in 30 minutes is a God. It took me close to two hours. Also, it is a little on the sweet side. I would cut the sugar in half next time, or substitute brown sugar.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I made 15 loafs of this stuff for the people at work as a "happy autumn" present. They all raved about it! Great work, Laurie Bennett... thanks for this great recipe addition!

Dessert Crepes
I was very nervous to try making crepes because they seem so delicate but, they were stronger than I thought. They were delicious! Very easy, very fast. This recipe will bring friends over once a week for a "crepe night"!
