The Best Potato Salad
This potato salad IS the best! I am throwing away all my other potato salad recipes. This one will be the one I always make from now on. I didn't use the olives but I did use the pepperoncini's and they added the perfect little kick to make this salad even better! The only other thing I did was use 1 tsp of salt instead of 1 1/2 tsp.

Slow Cooker Carnitas
This recipe for carnitas is fantastic with the following changes as others have suggested. Double the spices except the cinnamon and cut the roast into several large chunks before rubbing with the seasoning mix. If you don't want your meat very salty you may not want to double the salt if you are not using low salt chicken broth. I used a 5 pound roast but I don't think that made much difference in how it turned out. The seasoning was perfectly fantastic and the meat was very tender!!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
Wonderful marinade! Marinated the chicken overnight then grilled it the next day. So tender and flavorful....it melts in your mouth!
