I'm a cook that loves to try out new recipes. However, working a full-time+ job and being a mommy to two wonderful ladies, I don't have a whole lot of time to experiment like I would like to!

Savory Chicken Breasts
I only rate recipes using the exact ingredients...this was was pretty good. Did the recipe exactly according to the directions. Chicken was moist and flavorful, but the 1 cup of dry breadcrumbs seemed a little overkill on 4 chicken breast halves. Plus during the baking, all the bread crumbs slid off in the juices and kind of caked on the bottom of the pan. Glad I sprayed it! I did read some of the reviews after (wondering what I did wrong) and a lot of raters modified the recipe. Maybe using stuffing would work out better than the breadcrumbs. Thanks anyway!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
Oh YUM! Loved them! I fried them in small batches in my fry daddy, and kept the oven at 250 to keep the ones done warm. Each batch of 8 wings took 10 minutes in the deep fryer. When the 2nd to last batch was in the fryer, I made the sauce. Used Franks Red Hot, although I think the next time I will use a little hotter sauce. Breading was crunchy, and delicious. I actually breaded the wings, and put them in the fridge for about 5 hours before frying them off. Wonderful recipe. Thank you!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops
Very yummy. Took the advice of others and at least doubled the sauce. Would be great with boneless pork chops too...more convenient too with the kids. Will make again! Thank you!
