A delicious recipe, although it would be good advice to cool cookies for 20 minutes before handling. Very hot to the touch and the tops were very mushy until they cooled completely. My husband loved these!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

What a wonderful, different and refreshing recipe! I made this for my in-laws 4th of july party and to my shock, the people who normally detest fruit loved it! For the salsa, I had to omit strawberries due to allergies. I instead added drained crushed pineapple and peaches. The mixture will become watery as some reviewers noted because that is what sugar does to fruit. I cooked my chips about 5 minutes longer to make them cripier. I am going to try something different next time. I'm going to use ramakins, spray a whole tortillia, cover it with sugar and cinnamon and bake it upside down on the ramikin. Hopefully, if it turns out, I'll add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and top it with the salsa!

Fun Taco Cups

These were a different appetizer that I found last minute. Some reviewers noted that it needed more zip. I found a packet of seasoning at my local supermarket (Chi CHi's brand) that had onion and green chilis in it. I used half of that and half of the regular taco seasoning. That worked well and blended nicely. I used a mini muffin pan and used half of the bisquit in each. I set sour cream and salsa to the side. Yummy!

Sugar Cookie Cutouts

I made these last night to freeze for Halloween. This was an outstanding cutout recipe! Chilling the dough made them easy to work with and the cookies came out incredible ~ nice and thick. I added a little extra sugar which was suggested by another user ~ it worked well. I will be making these for Christmas!! I would frost these for extra sweetness.

My mother has made a very similar recipe for as long as I can remember! I'm so happy that I found this online since I have to make it for thanksgiving and don't have the recipe! Thanks for posting it!

Microwave Cake

What a great recipe for a last minute person like myself! I had a home show and needed that little something extra to serve. Just by accident I stumbeled across this recipe. Super easy to make and little mess to clean up. It is a must try! I loved it and so did everyone else. I can't wait to try the other variations! Thanks for the great recipe and the huge time saver!
