An awesome dessert and so easy to make!! Cool, creamy, tart, and tangy. This is the perfect way to end a meal on a hot summer day. YUM-O!!!!

My husband - who never cooks and is a picky eater found this recipe and...WOW!!This was wonderful. We did omit the brown sugar and red pepper flakes and instead added cumin, cilantro and chipotle chili powder. We also added in slices of cooked chicken breast. Such a great starter recipe that is easy to "mix and match" with other flavors. Even the kids loved this. Will be making this often!!!

Made this for dinner last night and it was wonderful!! I did substitute cream of shrimp for the cream of celery and I really recommend trying this. It gives the soup a rich seafood taste that just adds depth to an already delicious soup. I will definitely be making this again. Thanks for a super recipe!!
