Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Perfect as is! I used the oil from the sundried tomatoes to saute the garlic for 30 seconds. Quick and easy!

Tofu and Veggies in Peanut Sauce
Absolutely fantastic! I added red pepper flakes while sauteing the veggies and will decrease the peanut butter next time, but this is a new, quick easy favorite!

Baked Dijon Salmon
