Quinoa Porridge with Cinnamon Apples
Good recipe; butter, apples & cinnamon can hardly be beat. I love quinoa, but imagine you could substitute a variety of different grains and have a wonderful breakfast. Thank you Alyse for posting this yummy, healthy breakfast.

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert
I baked a cake for a potluck & it fell apart when I turned it out. Yikes! On to Plan B. Found this awesome recipe & threw it together using Alton Browns yummy chocolate syrup that I happened to have in the frig. So quick and easy & there wasn't a smidgen left. Everyone loved it. Thanks for this great recipe Jonar!

Crackle Top Molasses Cookies
Thank you Laurie for this great cookie recipe! Everyone at work enjoyed these yummy cookies. I baked them for 9 minutes. Perfect! Addendum to my review above. I made these again a few weeks ago and subbed half brown sugar for half of the white sugar. They were so hard we couldn't eat them. I had to throw out the whole batch. Tonight I made them EXACTLY as the recipe reads and they were outstanding. The best cookie ever. Even beating out, in my family anyway, the Big Soft Ginger Cookie on this website. These Crackle Top Cookies are so much more attractive and they taste just as delicious, but without the saturated fat from the butter. Do not press down the tops of these cookies, just roll them in the sugar and put them on the cookie sheet. Perfect says it all.
