Crispy Potato Pancakes
This recipe is great! I used 2 cloves of crushed garlic, instead of garlic powder, and didn't peel the potatoes. Other than that I followed the recipe. Make sure you limit the pancake size to 1/4 cup so they can cook quickly, that is what makes them crispy on the outside and yet still cooked through.
