I love the outdoors, riding on our motorcycle, motocross racing, reading, spending time with the family and the kitty. Chicken enchiladas, oma's cabbage rolls, my extra spicy chilli and grandma's secret recipe butter tarts I am lucky to have been blessed with 2 family recipes that I plan to pass on within my own little family The very first time I made butter tarts and my older brother said "Just like grandmas!" Made me proud. The time way back in high school when a friend and me made homemade brownies and accidently got the sugar and the salt amounts reversed. They were horrible!!!
