I don't mind cooking...it's the grocery shopping that is the painful part. goodies....including cakes, brownies...basically anything sweet. Adding cheese to rice is something my mom always did. Which by the way, is one of my favorite things to eat! She went to cooking school, so I have learned from her expertise. I make the best vegetarian stuff....especially pastas. One time I tried to make a lemon maringue pie....also fudge..other than those two failures I have always had just the right touch
