Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas
Absolutely Superb! I followed the recipe EXACTLY & it turned out wonderful! It was very easy to make & the flavors blended perfectly. It is even better than the one my favorite restaurant makes! I used another posters idea of using a plate to help flip them & it worked great! Thanks for posting this wonderful recipe!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas
These were the best Enchiladas I have ever eaten! I followed the recipe exactly & they turned out perfect. Everyone asked for seconds, even my picky eater! Thank you for posting this recipe. We are making it a regular around here!
