I'm a licensed bartender at the Harp and Crown Pub in Pickering, Ontario. I make a mean martini and people love my Bloody Caesars (secret ingredient is ground cardamom - don't tell!). Mojitos and Margueritas are also favourites of my regulars.

Steak Pie, Crab Quiche (check out the recipe on this site), crepes, omelettes, and anything on the grill.

Shortbread for Christmas time, big English style Christmas breakfast (Gingerbread Cake, Dorset Apple Cake, sausage, bacon, and of course Champagne and Orange Juice!)

Yorkshire pudding used to be rather like hockey pucks. Also, accidentally used 2 tbsp cayenne instead of 2 tbsp paprika in my chili con carne once. People at it anyway, but were rather sweaty when done...
