Rosemary Roasted Turkey
This was great!! I brined the turkey as suggested in 2 c. kosher salt, 1 c. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. cloves, 12 bay leaves, and 3 tbsp. fresh rosemary. I let it soak over night and then followed the recipe exactly. This was my first turkey and it was awesome!!! I had 15 people for dinner and everyone loved it!!! I also roasted the turkey covered for the first hour.
