Slow Cooker Apple Butter

This is so easy! Made a double batch in my large oval All-Clad crockpot. At least 6 additional hours of simmering on low with lid off after blending with the stick blender. Used half the amount of sugar and added an extra tsp of cinnamon. Total of 4 cups sugar and 5 tsp cinnamon for a double recipe. All other ingredients as written. Fantastic! Made 6 pints when doubled.
