Easy Decadent Truffles

Excellent! We loved them. I didn't change a thing on the recipe. The mixture was quite dry after chilling in the fridge while covered. I was afraid it wouldn't form into balls. It softened enough in my hands to form easily. No problems with this recipe.

Country Cabbage Soup

Very Good. I added dried thyme (1 tsp), dill weed (1/2 tsp), garlic powder, dried sage (1/2 tsp) and a can of vegetable broth. I used shredded Napa cabbage and shredded red cabbage. Also added a few dashes of hot sauce. It was great!

Antipasto Platter

I made this on New Year's Eve. It was a hit. Everyone loved it. It made a HUGE platter. Next time, I might make a half-sized version. The lettuce gets a little soggy when eaten the next day.

Sirloin Tips and Mushrooms

This recipe was very good. I used fresh mushrooms instead of canned and just added a little beef broth to make up for the liquid in the canned mushrooms. Turned out great. Served it over spaghetti squash instead of pasta or rice to make the meal low carb.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

After I made this for dinner, my 5 year old daughter said "Mom, when are you going to make the yummy fish again?" That alone says alot. This recipe was excellent and I wouldn't change a thing. I made the sauce several weeks ahead and froze it in a ziploc placed in another freezer bag with the fish. Prep was very easy on a weeknight after work with very little clean-up since everything was prepared ahead of schedule.
