Blue Cheese Burgers
I altered this- I used only a pound of lean ground beef, no chives or Tabasco, 1.5 tsps Worchestershire, 1 tsp dijon mustard, and 4 ounces blue cheese and lots of black pepper. I thought these were excellent, loved the flavor and very moist. My husband asked for less blue cheese next time, though. If you love blue cheese, go for it.
