Real Italian Calzones
I've been using this recipe for a few years now and the kids love it! When I roll out my dough I cut it into 8 squares, fill them and fold the dough over. Each kid has their own calzone. They are so very tasty.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
fantastic! I made this dish in a flash one night. I got my veggies ready as the fish baked and served it all up. I was wonderful.

Tartar Sauce III
This was great with my fried fish. I almost ate it plain! Creamy mayo, sweet relish and the crunchy, salty fish. . . . yummm.
