Fantastic cookies! I used pumpkin spice pudding & cinnamon chips in my Thanksgiving contribution. Per the other reviews, I used 2.5c of oats because I didn't have time to remake them if 3.5 was too dry. I think I'll stick with 2.5 when I make these again. These would make a great base for monster cookies.

Whipped Cream Cream Cheese Frosting

Best frosting ever! I've been making this recipe for a year but forgot to review till I printed it for a friend today. I've had good results every time but 1. (I was too rushed to whip the cream properly-lesson learned.) It's even been piped on cupcakes that had to be transported on a hot day. Everyone who tries it, loves it!

Easy Slow Cooker Chicken

Compared this recipe to other versions found online & used converted rice like they (and many reviewers) suggested. I will make again but add more seasonings and an extra half cup of rice.

Tender Potato Biscuits

Yummy! I only put in 1T of sugar and probably could have left it out all together. Like many other reviewers, I just rolled and flattened them with my hands. These were very light and tasty!

Greek Salad Dip

Fantastic! We ate this on townhouse crackers and frresh bread. It was so good a couple people just ate it with a fork! I can't wait to have this again. ETA: It's even better with kalamata olives!

Chicken and Cheese Crescents

This is one of my husband's favorite dishes. It's very salty but still yummy. We boil boneless breasts and prebake our rolls for a few minutes before adding the soup.

Jim's Cheddar Onion Soda Bread

Shouldn't soda bread have baking soda in it? The flavor was fantastic but this is not soda bread. I also omitted the sugar-it was an accident but I won't bother with it in the future either.

French Toast Fingers

I halved the batter and added vanilla for our 3 sandwiches. My 5 year old loved this and so did I! My bread wasn't old so I sat it out uncovered at lunch time and it was ready to use at dinner. We also did 1 with peanut butter and it was even yummier.

Whole Wheat Zucchini Herb Bread

Roasted Asparagus Salad

I only made the dressing portion but poured it over a salad that included bacon wrapped asparagus. It was way too mustardy the first day but better the second. Not sure I would make it again. Maybe the roasted garlic made the difference?
