Flat Iron Steak with Three Pepper Rub
I used hot chili powder instead of chipolte and it was mighty hot! I let it marinate overnight and the meat was TENDER! Maybe that's why it was so hot??

Easy Sausage Strata
Made this for the office and it was a hit! Easy to carry in, stays hot for awhile and has all the good stuff people like to eat! Yummy!

Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese
The finished spread was very stiff for my taste and the garlic overwhelmed. i like garlic, but didn't care for the taste here.
