Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Love this recipe! I do sometimes add the potatoes, carrots, and onions as others have. I also have used a can of French onion soup instead of the dry soup mix and 2 Tbls of Kitchen Bouquet to add color and depth to recipe. Terrific for slow cooker meal that is always tasty and tender. Good enough to serve your in-laws!

Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos
My family loved this and my kids do not usually ever eat pork. Excellent combination of flavors--I made it in a slow cooker because of time constraints and it came out just terrific. Flavorful, tender, juicy, and it is great for tacos or any other Mexican wraps. One of our new favorites--thanks for sharing it!

Eclair Cake
This is yummy! I did follow the advie of others and microwaved the frosting and poured it on, then refrigerated it. Thanks for a great recipe that's fun and quick to put together! I'm sure other flavors of pudding and frosting would be great to try too--there's some new holiday puddings with butterscotch or mint bits in them.
