Aussie Chicken
This dish was good, but not amazing. I didn't pound the chicken into thin pieces and it took A LOT longer to cook. I think this made the sauce more runny than it's supposed to be.

Hashbrown Casserole
I still don't know what I did wrong, but baking @ 350 for 45 minutes didn't cut it. I finally had to take it out after it had been baking for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. It was holding up dinner! Anyway, they were pretty good, but still not crispy enough for my taste. The cooking time was very misleading. Overall, not bad. Oh yeah, and I subbed cream of mushroom for the cream of chicken soup. I like the flavor much better.

Slow Cooker Sausage with Sauce
This is a great, easy recipe. Halved the amount of onion and added a little bit of garlic and oregano. I served over instant white rice. makes a great, fast meal.
