Hashbrown Casserole
I still don't know what I did wrong, but baking @ 350 for 45 minutes didn't cut it. I finally had to take it out after it had been baking for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. It was holding up dinner! Anyway, they were pretty good, but still not crispy enough for my taste. The cooking time was very misleading. Overall, not bad. Oh yeah, and I subbed cream of mushroom for the cream of chicken soup. I like the flavor much better.
