Cranberry Apple Bread
This bread is delicious. I agree with the previous reviewers that the batter is really thick and a little tough to mix, but once it's baked it's delicious. I had a few apples that needed to be used up so I made a double batch. I took another reviewer's advice and put it all in a bundt pan. I had to bake it for close to an hour, but the results were great. I will definitely make this again.

Easy Gingerbread Wedges
Love, love, love these! I'm not a big Bisquick fan, but I happened to have some (reduced fat version) in my pantry when I stumbled upon this recipe. Super quick, super easy. I like them because they're not sickeningly sweet and low fat. They have just a hint of sweetness. Served with whipped cream they're perfect! I agree, though, with the previous reviewer - it's not a pretty presentation by itself. They'd be really good with a drizzle of caramel, too. Yum!

Yum Yums
I totally take back my previous post (see below). I had tasted the bars after they'd only been out of the oven for about a half hour. The key is to let them sit for a few hours. They are incredibly addictive! I still believe the crust should be baked first, though. I was so excited to try this recipe because I had some jam that needed to be used up. Plus it seemed to have all the right makings for a yummy dessert (hence the name). I was totally disappointed. The bottom crust should have been baked first before putting on the jam. However this wouldn't have helped rescue this recipe because it's just way too sweet.
