Gravy Baked Pork Chops
These were pretty good. I served them with smashed red potatoes. I used a can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of golden mushroom soup, added a sliced onion, garlic, and sliced mushrooms.

Coffee Liqueur Bread Pudding with Caramel Sauce
I used about 12 ounces of bread, but wish I would have done 16. It was definitely custardy. The caramel sauce was fabulous. I added pecans and cherries in the middles and then some more pecans on top of the cinnamon/sugar layer and beneath the caramel layer.

Cinnamon Rolls II
I made these Christmas morning for my family. My first attempt at cinnamon rolls, they came out great! My family is begging me to make them again.
