White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV

Yummy! These were very good. I followed another reviewer's advice by doubling the recipe, but keeping the nut/chocolate amounts the same. The cookies didn't spread well, and weren't quite the consistency we normally like, so next time I will add more butter and lower the temp to 350.

Lentil Stuffed Tomatoes

Yum! This was so good, we will definitely be making it again. I hate the taste/texture of cooked tomatoes, but these came out perfectly. Not mushy at all, and so delicious!! We did make one change as I forgot the lentils when I went shopping (oops!) we used black beans instead.

Escarole Soup

YUMM!!! This soup is delicious! The whole family loved it (me, hubby and a 1yr old). The only thing we did differently from the directions: The store was out of Cannellini beans (white kidney), so I got pale red kidney beans instead.

very good, would've been better if I could've found better berries....but that has nothing to do with the recipe, lol. I will definitely make it again.

Ranch Crispy Chicken

It was very good, next time I will make more breading, as there wasn't enough for us, not increasing the amount of ranch, just because it was a little too salty for us.

Broccoli Potato Soup

Yum yum, we LOVED it, I 'accidentally' added more cheese than stated (about 2 cups) and it was delicious. My boyfriend dipped whole mushrooms in it like fondue. I will definitely make it again, but will probably double the recipe, as it only ended up being about 2 servings.
