5 stars, this recipe was super simple and relatively quick for the stove top method. I followed this recipe to the letter and it was awesome. It took about 2 1/2 on the stove top, then I took the pork out and pulled it apart with two forks as suggested by other reviewers and then returned the pork to the sauce. Because I like a thicker sauce I cooked the sauce uncovered till I got it to reduce to the thickness I like, no cornstarch required :) Thanks for the recipe!

I give this recipe 5 stars becuase of how easy it is to prepare. I didn't use the onion soup mix, instead I used fresh onion, potato, and carrot. I also used a family sized can of cream of mushroom. Per the suggestion of another rater I also added red wine. I wasn't sure about the recipe at first becuase of the odd smell when it first started to cook, but it turned out awesome.

I've made this recipe several times and everyone always loves it. The reason I give it four stars is becuase the texture is better the day its made instead of the day before. So now I just make it the day I want to serve it:)
