Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Wonderful salad. I made it as written and as everyone else said, I was asked for the recipe over and over again. I did not dress the salad, preferring to keep the dressing to the side. Now I am looking forward to making some for myself to eat this week at work.

Linguine With Clam Sauce

Wonderful flavor! I did cut the butter and oil to 2 tbsp. each, 3 cloves of garlic, added some red pepper flakes and a bit of cornstarch mixed with water at the end. Also served topped with a bit of parmesan. I think I could eat this every night of the week. It was wonderful.

Spinach and Tortellini Salad

This is definitely a keeper! I took the advice of other reviewers...used 8 oz. Wishbone Robusto Italian, added chopped roasted red peppers, diced red onion, fresh spinach and some Italian seasoning. Beautiful and delicious!

Classic Tiramisu

Beautiful dessert. I was only able to lick the bowl afterwards as it was gone so quickly. It was perfect and I can't wait to make it again. The tastes I got were divine!

Crispy Gingersnaps

Delicious! Watch the time on them. My oven temp. might be a bit off so I only cooked them for 8 1/2 minutes and they were perfect. Ten minutes was just a bit too long for mine. They taste so much better than the ones in the bag!!!

Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies

These are so good they are almost painful. Such a great butterscotch flavor to them. I made them exactly as the recipe stated and cooked for 10 minutes so they would be crispy and they are just perfect.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

This zucchini bread recipe is the best I have come across, and I have tried many! I love how quick and easy the recipe is to throw together and it is nice that I can get my kids to eat some veggies. I am going to try adding coconut and a carrot next time as per suggestions from other reviewers. Thanks for sharing a great recipe!

Breakfast Rounds

These are delicious. My 6 1/2 year old who has sworn off peanut butter actually asked for seconds of this. My 2 1/2 year old loved it too. The only downside would be that they are SO good I could eat 4 all by myself. Great for snack time also.

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

This is an excellent soup. I omit the tomato sauce and the 2 cups water because I only have a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker but we don't seem to miss those items. This is just delicious and it is even better the next day. Thanks for sharing this great recipe!

Double Chocolate Mocha Trifle

This trifle is delicious and beautiful. A very dramatic showpiece that is SO easy to make. Whenever you show up with this people ooooh and ahhhh. It is very rich so a little goes a long way. Delicious.

Cheesy Ham and Hash Brown Casserole

Oh this is good!!! I added green onions and salt and pepper because I can't live without those things in my hashbrowns but even without those this is a great recipe. I took it to my mother's group brunch and while we were cleaning up women were eating the last little bits with their fingers. It was pretty funny. This recipe is also very easy to throw together and I love it with the potato soup instead of cream of chicken which is a variation I have tried in the past. This one is definitely a keeper.

American Lasagna

We loved this recipe. I took the advice of others here and used half italian sausage and the other half hamburger and this was just delicious. It was not runny as my lasagna usually is. I would make this again and again. Surprisingly, it was less expensive than my normal recipe and we liked this one much better.

Make Ahead Manicotti

I may have done something wrong but my pasta stayed hard and chewy/crunchy. I would make this again but boil the pasta first. My other complaint is that it was kind of bland for us. I love spinach and the flavor was not bad at all, just not very exciting.

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing this!!! My aunt always made this at the holidays with raspberries instead of strawberries and when I was a teen I would beg her for the recipe and she would always be mysteriously vague about it. Having the recipe now to make for my own family brings me great joy and I can't wait to tell my aunt that I finally found out her secret! :-)

Do not wait for the holidays to make these cookies. They are delicious. My kids even liked them although not as much as the adults I shared them with. What a wonderful twist to a traditional cookie recipe.

Banana Crumb Muffins

This recipe is great. Uses common ingredients so you can make muffins at the last minute. My family thought it was MUCH better than banana bread and the crunchy topping completes this recipe perfectly. My picky three year old loved it.
