Aussie Chicken
I love this recipe! I served it at a dinner party and got nothing but compliments. I was a little nervous about the amount of yellow mustard so I followed previous posters advice and used half dijon half yellow. I also cooked the mushrooms in the bacon grease. I have a tendency of over or under cooking chicken but this recipe made it easy. The chicken turned out perfect. Moist and done. Thank you Rebecca!

Antipasto Squares
I love this recipe! I've made it for company a few times and got rave reviews both times. The best part it how easy it is to make. FYI - I kept the red peppers out so it would be more kid friendly (kids can get very picky about what they eat). I have yet to put them in, but I don't think they are needed. It has plenty of wonderul flavor without.

Hawaiian Punch Slush for Adults
I made this for a party. It was too sweet for my taste. It also took a long time to freeze. I ended up adding some ice and using a blender.
