VERY easy and good. I added sour cream drizzled on top before the cheese and my family loved it. I used half corn tortillas & half flour, my husband & I preferred the corn but the kids liked the flour. Only other thing I added was some salsa when we had the left-overs because by then it was a bit dry. Great recipe, will make again!

Great recipe and so easy. Not too heavy but definitely full of flavor. 1 cup of mushrooms isn't enough for our taste, so I cooked the remainder of the 8 oz. container up separately (in wine, butter and garlic salt) and added it to the chicken at the end. Yum!

The chicken was good but the mushrooms (in my opinion) were ruined by being cooked in the chicken fat that drips out of the chicken. If I did it over I'd cook them separately.
