Hamburger, Potato, and Kidney Bean Casserole

This is a very good recipe. I did not have tomato soup so I used a can of tomato sauce and a can of rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilis) I am also lazy so I did not peel the potatoes. I think next time I will cook the bacon before putting it in the oven because it was just a little greasy. Over all a good dish.

Baked Fake Steak with Gravy

This was good but not great. My husband thought the hamburger was too dry. I used extra lean ground round so that might be the problem. Again as with most of the recipes that have a gravy with them it should be doubled. My family LOVES gravy. I made the dish with butter noodles and I thought it was just fine. I will make it again and pass it on to my daughter.

Baked Pork Chops I

I used Pork Loin Chops about 2 inches thick. The batter was delicious and kept the meat fork tender after all the cooking. I will however double the recipe for the gravy. The husband loves gravy and the original recipe does not make enough. We will have this one again.

Lazy Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Definately a keeper. I made this with the corn dogs and it was a perfect compliment. I used velveta cheese and when I re-heated it for leftovers I had to put a little more milk in it but, the dish re-heats beautifully. Next time my husband wants me to put some ham in it for a main dish.

A Plus Fair Corn Dogs

This was a yummy batter. My grandson ate them up. Light on the inside, crunchy on the outside. I made the Lazy Baked Macaroni and Cheese and it was a perfect dinner.
