Divine Asparagus
The sauce is gourmet. The mixture of wine and raisins is fantastic. My guests requested I make it several more times! Easy to make.

Creme Brulee I
It tastes wonderful, but the broiler melted the chilled, molded creme into a liquid. Must use kitchen torch to avoid liquifying creme. I didn't broil the second one, and just served cold with brown sugar and raspberries. It was tasty too!

Garlic and Artichoke Pizza
The pizza did not taste gourmet. There was too much cheese which made the pizza crust soggy. There weren't enough toppings. The artichoke juice did not boil down enough making the artichokes watery. I consider gourmet a succulent blend of tastes. This was not.
