My husband and family friend stated these were the best pork chops I ever made and that they ever tasted - quite the compliment to the recipe!
I used a Tastefully Simple Bistro Portabella soup mix (mixed with 3 cups water and one cup of sourcream) instead of the golden mushroom soup. I also took plain bread crumbs and seasoned them myself with basil, parsley, garlic, onion, pepper, and a dash of salt.
I served them aside mashed potatoes. The pork chops were so tender we could cut them with a fork.
After reading some reviews I did lay out a plan for clean up and handling the mess so it was pretty simple and kept to a minimum.
I will reccomend this recipe to all my friends and family - fairly simple using basic ingredients and very tasty.
