Another thing you may want to try---get an 8oz box of cream cheese. Cut into squares and place a square in the center of each biscuit. I have also added a tad bit of Maple Exact to melted brown sugar and butter. YUMMM-OH!!!

Good Cake. Lots of steps but if you like coffee, then it's worth it. I didn't read the directions well, and mixed everything in Step 1 together. But it was still yummy. Only had 2 cake pans, and that was still okay. Didn't have mascarpone in my market, so used Cream Cheese instead, and that was still good. So you can pretty much improvise alot, and still have a great finish. VERY VERY MOIST CAKE!!!

Excellent Cookie Recipe!! I made Heart Shaped Lollipop Cookies for my daughters class and this recipe was perfect. I did take the advise of others and used Butter Shortening. I will definetley use this again. (Tip: Roll into balls and refridgerate for an hour or so. Keep them in the Fridge in until ready to use).
