Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
Very yummy. Made this for a cookout we just had (Smoke BBQ Briskett). Everyone loved it. So I have to say it can easily compliment either a Holiday Dinner or a Summertime Cookout.

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
DELISH! DELISH! DELISH!!!!!I added an egg to the cream cheese as suggested. Sooo yummy!!1 Don't worry about the rolling pin. Just use your fingers. It wil all bake just fine. Good lord, this was delicious!!!!
